In these terms and conditions::
Additional agreement: an agreement in which the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance agreement and these goods, digital content and/or services are delivered by the entrepreneur or by a third party on the basis of an agreement between that third party and the entrepreneur; Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to his trade, business, craft or professional activity; Right of withdrawal: the possibility of the consumer to refrain from the distance agreement within the cooling -off period; Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products, (access to) digital content and/or remote services to consumers; Distance agreement: an agreement that is concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer in the context of an organized system for distance sales, digital content and/or services, whereby up to and including the conclusion of the agreement exclusively or also makes use of one or more techniques for distance communication;

Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from stonerpalace.nl and to every distance agreement between stonerpalace.nl and consumer. Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate before the distance agreement is concluded how the general terms and conditions can be viewed at the entrepreneur and that they will be sent free of charge as soon as possible at the request of the consumer. If the distance agreement is concluded electronically, contrary to the previous paragraph and before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions can be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily be stored on a sustainable data carrier. If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance agreement is concluded, it will be indicated where the general terms and conditions can be taken into account electronically and that they will be sent free of charge electronically or in any other way at the request of the consumer.
Article 4 - The offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered, digital content and/or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to make a good assessment of the offer possible by the consumer. If stonerpalace.nl uses images, they are a truthful representation of the products, services and/or digital content offered. Obvious mistakes or apparent errors in the offer do not bind stonerpalace.nl. Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what the rights and obligations are associated with the acceptance of the offer.
Article 5 - The Agreement
The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the time of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and the compliance with the conditions set with it. Stonerpalace.nl can inform itself within the legal frameworks - whether the consumer can meet his payment obligations, as well as all those facts and factors that are important for a responsible for concluding the distance agreement. If the entrepreneur has good grounds on the basis of this investigation not to enter into the agreement, he is entitled to refuse an order or request or to attach special conditions to the implementation.
Article 6 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Stonerpalace.nl can exclude the following products and services from the right of withdrawal, but only if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this with the offer, at least in time for the conclusion of the agreement,: according to specifications of the consumer manufactured products that are not prefabricated and that are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or those clearly for a specific decision; Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life; Sealed products that are not suitable for being returned to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery; Products that are irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery due to their nature;
Article 7 - The price
During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products and/or services offered are not increased, except for price changes as a result of changes in VAT rates and shipping costs. The prices mentioned in the range of products or services are exclusive of shipping costs.
ARTICLE 8 - Compliance with the agreement and extra warranty
Stonerpalace.nl guarantees that the products and/or services meet the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, to the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the Agreement. If agreed, the entrepreneur also guarantees that the product is suitable for other than normal use.
Article 9 - Delivery and implementation
The entrepreneur will observe the greatest possible care when receiving and in the implementation of orders of products and when assessing applications for services. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the entrepreneur. With due observance of what is stated in Article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions, the entrepreneur will execute accepted orders with due speed but no later than 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or can only be carried out in part, the consumer will notify this no later than 30 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs and the right to any compensation. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the consumer until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative designated and announced to the entrepreneur, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Deliveries to countries other than the Netherlands are only made for certain products. In addition, the delivery time to countries other than the Netherlands is longer. For the exact duration, please contact our customer service. Standard shipping: risk lies with the consumer. Stonerpalace.nl always sends. If the shipment has not arrived in this case, this risk lies with the customer and stonerpalace.nl cannot be held responsible.
Article 10 - Payment
The consumer has the duty to immediately report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment data to stonerpalace.nl. Insofar as it is not stipulated otherwise in the agreement or additional conditions, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid for sending the produces. The consumer declares that he has taken note of the payment options with the acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
Article 11 - Complaints procedure
The entrepreneur has a sufficiently known complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure. Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted to Stonerpalace.nl and within two weeks of receiving the order within a reasonable time after the consumer has found the defects. If no order has been received, it must be reported within 7 days after placing the order of not receiving an order. Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the entrepreneur will answer within the period of 14 days with a message of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer. The consumer must give the entrepreneur at least 4 weeks to resolve the complaint in mutual consultation.
Article 12 - Additional or different provisions
Additional or deviating provisions deviating from these general terms and conditions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing or in such a way that they can be stored in an accessible manner on a sustainable data carrier.
Customers must have the age of at least 18 years. Stonerpalace.nl does everything to prevent customers under the age of 18 from ordering from us. It can only be ordered when the customer indicates that he is 18 years or older. If there is doubt about the age, stonerpalace.nl will contact the customer in question. Stonerpalace.nl reserves the right to cancel an order and to reimburse.
Article 13 - Privacy
The privacy of our customers is important and we ensure that it remains guaranteed. Payment data will be deleted after 72 hours after arrival of the order and we will not retain any data (except when creating an account). Customers are free to create an account on our website for placing orders. In that case the data is of course stored, but we cannot reach this. If you want your account to be destroyed, please contact our customer service. We do nothing else with personal data other than delivering orders and contact via e-mail.
Disclaimer:
Stonerpalace.nl does not possess and/or does not sell weed, hash or other products directly. We (stonerpalace.nl) only take care of the collection and sending of products for the customer. For this service, which is fully in collaboration with a number of Dutch coffee shops, we receive a small fee (stonerpalace.nl). We (stonerpalace.nl), therefore, nothing "resold".
We (stonerpalace.nl) retain the right that when in our view, it is ordered too frequently by canceling an individual. Our services only focus on recreational use, not on mass purchase and/or wholesaler. In the event of any cancellation, contact will be made by e-mail and payments will be fully returned.
